The main materials for high molecular road substrates
are high molecular polyethylene, including UHMWPE or
HDPE, which is made through high-temperature and
high-pressure molding process or extrusion process, allow
adding flame retardant, anti-static additive according to
requirements to meet specific environmental requirements,
such as flame retardant and anti-static requirements of mine
roadways. Compared to traditional steel-plate road base, high
molecular road substrates are more lightweight, 1/7 of steel
plates, with good corrosion resistance. They can use modular
design, with unique connection holes for use in the large-area
paving; they are recyclable, eco-friendly materials.
